How are the art prints packaged to ensure they arrive safely?
We take great care in our packaging. Small prints are shipped in rigid, stay-flat mailers with protective sleeves, while larger posters are carefully rolled in heavy-duty mailing tubes to prevent creasing and corner damage during transit.
Do you offer framing services for your home decor products?
Currently, we offer both unframed prints and premium framed options for select collections. Please check the product description for each item to see if framing is available or if it is sold as a standalone print.
What is the typical shipping timeframe for domestic orders?
Each piece is printed to order to ensure the highest quality. Please allow 3-5 business days for production, followed by 5-7 business days for standard shipping within the continental United States.
What is your return policy for home decor items?
We want you to love your new art. If your item arrives damaged or there is a print error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund. Because items are made to order, we do not currently accept returns for buyer's remorse.
Are the materials used eco-friendly and sustainable?
Yes, Illustrated by Weezy is committed to sustainability. We use FSC-certified paper from sustainable forests and water-based, non-toxic inks for all our home art prints.
